the sons of God saw the daughters of men Genesis 6:2

Genesis 6:2

6 Now it came about that when men started to grow in numbers on the surface of the ground and daughters were born to them, 2 then the sons of God began to notice the daughters of men, that they were good-looking; and they went taking wives for themselves, namely, all whom they chose.

Problem:

The "sons of God" are claimed by many Christians to have been angels who had sinned and spread evil by marrying the daughters of men.

Solution:

There is no mention at all of “the sons of God” coming down from heaven.
It is commonly believed that the angels who are thought to have sinned came down to earth at the time of the garden of Eden incidents, but Genesis 6 concerns the time of the flood, which was many years later.

Why assume these “sons of God” are angels? The phrase is used concerning men, especially those who know the true God (Deut. 14:1 (R.S.V.); Hos. 1:10; Lk. 3:38; Jn 1:12; 1 Jn. 3:1).
All existence in Scripture is bodily existence. Nothing is known in Scripture of "materializing" and "dematerializing" "assuming" bodies. There is no evidence to justify such a doctrine.

Luke 20:35, 36 is conclusive - angels do not marry: "But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection."

If believers are to be made equal to angels (Lk. 20:35-36), will they still experience the same carnal desires which then motivated the sons of God, or have the possibility of giving way to them? Of course not!

4. Luke 20:35-36, clearly says that the angels do not marry: “They which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage...for they are equal unto the angels”.

"Sons of God" can refer to angels as it may in Job 38:7, but the expression is also used of men. (See Deut. 14:1, R.S.V.; Hosea 1:10; Luke 3:38; John 1:12; 1 John 3:1). In Genesis 6:2 the "sons of God" were the righteous line of Seth (Genesis 4:26)2 inter-marrying with evil Cainites.

It is sometimes claimed that only angel-human offspring could produce "nephilim" (or giants, cf. Gen. 6:4). But the sons of Anak (Num. 13:33) were also giants, ("nephilim") and these were certainly not angel-human offspring, as they existed long after the flood.

6. The Hebrew word for “giants” in Genesis 6:4, is also used to describe the sons of a man called Anak in Numbers 13:33. Freak human beings of unusual size or strength are sometimes born today, but it does not mean that their parents were angels.

We are not specifically told that the giants were the children of the “sons of God”. “There were giants…and also after that…the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men” (:4).

Divine angels can not sin. They are "ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who will be heirs of salvation". (Heb. 1:14). These angels are not rebels, but do Yahweh's commandments, "hearkening unto the voice of his word . . . ministers of his, that do his pleasure." (Psa. 103:20, 21).

We have shown that the “sons of God” may refer to those with the true understanding of God. The “sons of God’ of every generation have kept themselves separate from the people of the world, and are warned by God not to marry such people because they will influence them away from following the true God (Ex. 34:12,15,16; Josh. 23:12-13; Ezra 9:12; 1 Cor. 7:39; 2 Cor. 6:14-16). Genesis 3:15 describes how the seed (descendants) of the serpent would be in constant conflict with the seed of the woman (cp. Gal. 4:29).

The early chapters of Genesis highlight the fact that there were these two sorts of people; the descendants of Seth called themselves “by the name of the Lord” (Gen. 4:26 A.V margin) and comprised the righteous “sons of God”, the seed of the woman. By contrast, the descendants of Cain, are described as being associated with murder and instituting polygamy (Gen. 4:23 & 19), the art of weapon production (Gen. 4:22) and entertainment (Gen. 4:21).

The names of these people imply that at this time they started an alternative , apostate, system of worship to replace the true worship of God, which angered God; e.g. Cain named a city after Enoch, whose name means “dedicated”;

The sons of God marrying the daughters of men would therefore describe the inter-marriage of these two lines, so that only Noah and his family were the “seed of the woman” at the time of the flood

the second coming at Mount Sinai 1 Enoch chapter 1

the second coming at Mount Sinai 1 Enoch chapter 1

The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed.
And he took up his parable and said -Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come.
Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them:
The Holy Great One will come forth from His dwelling,
4 And the eternal God will tread upon the earth, (even) on Mount Sinai,
[And appear from His camp]
And appear in the strength of His might from the heaven of heavens.

The Eternal God is the son of man the multitudinous Christ

Exodus 19:16-20 – a foretaste of Christ’s return

Song of Solomon 3:6 says this: “Who is this that cometh out of the wilderness like pillars of smoke?

These are the verses that show that the route of the second coming of Jesus Christ at Mount Sinai and ends at the Mount of Olives; Zechariah 14, Habakkuk 3, Isaiah 63, Psalm 68, Judges 5, and Deuteronomy 33.

This gives us the rout that our Lord is going to take when He comes back at the Second Advent.

From Sinai into the Holy: Psalm 68:17

“The chariots of God twenty thousand thousands of angels, the Lord among them, Sinai into the holy”.

“With mighty chariotry, twice ten thousand, thousands upon thousands, the Lord came from Sinai into the holy place”.

The companion Bible reads: “from Sinai into his sanctuary”.

The starting point is Sinai, and the place arrived at is his sanctuary at Zion.

the chariots of God, the cherubic manifestation, coming from Sinai to the Sanctuary. Israel did not come to Zion when they took the land under Joshua. But the saints will come to Zion, and “ascend into the hill of the Lord”, and “stand in his holy place” (Psalm 24). So the words are a prophecy of a future happening, not a record of the past; this coming from Sinai to the Sanctuary is future.

The rebuilt temple in the Book of Enoch

The rebuilt temple in the Book of Enoch
The Letter of BARNABAS QUOTES FROM the Book of ENOCH

Barnabas 4:3
The last offence is at hand, concerning which the scripture speaketh, as Enoch saith. For to this end the Master hath cut the seasons and the days short, that His beloved might hasten and come to His
inheritance.

Barnabas 16:5
Again, it was revealed how the city and the temple and the people of Israel should be betrayed. For the scripture saith; And it shall be in the last days, that the Lord shall deliver up the sheep of the pasture and the fold and the tower thereof to destruction. And it came to pass as the Lord spake.

This shows us that 'Barnabas' considered the first book of Enoch to be canonical by calling it scripture.

Enoch 89.56 And I saw that He forsook that their house and their tower and gave them all into the hand of the lions, to tear and devour them, into the hand of all the wild beasts.

Barnabas 16:6
But let us enquire whether there be any temple of God. There is; in the place where he himself undertakes to make and finish it. For it is written And it shall come to pass, when the week is being accomplished, the temple of God shall be built gloriously in the name of the Lord.

Enoch 91.13 And, at its end, they will acquire Houses because of their righteousness, and a House will be built for the Great King in Glory, forever.

Jesus will supervise the building of a glorious Temple in Jerusalem and be involved with the worship therein.

"After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and set it up: that the residue of men might seek after the Lord..." (Acts 15:16,17)

Behold, the man whose name is the Branch (a title of Christ); and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord; even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between them both" (Zechariah 6:12-13).

"My house shall be called an house of prayer for all people" (Isaiah 56:7).

Sheol Hell in the 1st book of Enoch

Sheol

Translated from Ethiopic by Richard Laurence, London, 1883.

22:1 And from there, I went to another place, and he showed me in the west a large and high mountain, and a hard rock, and four beautiful places.

the hard rock could be a cave within the mountain were the four beautiful places would be

Hell is described as being in the earth, and in the foundation of the mountains - the foundations being under the earth (Deuteronomy 32:22). Hell is deep - underground (Job 11:8). The direction of hell is down (Psalms 55:15, Ezekiel 32:21,27). Hell is low (Psalms 86:13). Hell is beneath us (Proverbs 15:24, Isaiah 14:9). Hell is a pit (Isaiah 14:15, Ezekiel 31:16). We must dig into hell (Amos 9:2). Hell (the grave) follows death (Revelation 6:8).

22:2 And inside, it was deep, wide, and very smooth. How smooth is that which rolls, and deep and dark to look at!
22:3 Then Raphael, one of the holy angels who was with me, answered me, and said to me: "These beautiful places are there so that the spirits of the souls of the (righteous and the unrighteous,)  dead, might be gathered into them. For them they were created; so that here they might gather the souls of the sons of men.
22:4 And these places they made, where they will keep them until the day of judgement, and until their appointed time, and that appointed time will be long, until the great judgement (seat of Christ) comes upon them (the righteous and unrighteous).

1peter 4:17  For the time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
18 “And if the righteous is being saved with difficulty, where will the ungodly [man] and the sinner make a showing?

2cor 5:10  For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

22:5 And I saw the soul of a dead man making suit, and his voice went forth to heaven and made suit.

The slain soul, in a figure, cried for vengeance. the soul of a dead man was not, and is not an "immortal soul". Had this been so, it would have been symbolized as alive and not as a dead man slain.

22:6 Then I asked Raphael, the angel who was with me, and said to him: "Whose spirit is that, the voice of which reaches to heaven, and complains?"
22:7 And he answered me, and said to me, saying: "This spirit is the one that came out of Abel, whom Cain, his brother, killed. And he will complain about him until his offspring (the seed of Cain, the "Seed of the Serpent,") are destroyed from the face of the Earth, and from amongst the offspring of men, his offspring perish."

The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground" (Gen. 4:10). So God said to Cain concerning the slain soul of Abel his brother. This was a cry for vengeance upon Cain. So in this symbolic prophecy.

It is a principle in Scripture that "the life (soul, 'nephesh') of the flesh is in the blood". (Lev. 17:11). By personification, a slain person's blood is said to "cry" or "speak". (Gen. 4:10 cf. Heb. 12:24).

The word soul is an equivalent expression for life in many places. Leviticus 17:11 states: "For the soul of the flesh or the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul." In this place, blood represents life or soul. Enoch, therefore, saw the blood of the slain man which was representative of the life, or soul, poured out in death.

The figure is obviously drawn from Leviticus 17.

22:8 At that time therefore I inquired respecting him, and respecting the general judgement, saying, Why is one separated from another?
22:9 And he answered me, and said to me: "These three places where made, in order that they might separate the spirits of the dead (the unredeemed) might be separated (from the Redeemed). And thus the spirits of the righteous have been separated; this is the spring of water, and on it the light.

LUKE 16:26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great chasm fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’
The passage states that there was a great chasm fixed between Abraham and the rich man, yet they could both see and converse with each other (vs. 26). Is the great chasm to be taken literally?

LUKE 16:24  And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

If you were being tormented in flames of fire, as the rich man was, would you request only a "drop of water" to quench your agony? Would not a jug or jar, or even a handful of water be more logical?

That it cannot be concluded from this parable that Hades itself is a place of blazing fire is made clear at Revelation 20:14, where death and Hades are described as being hurled into “the lake of fire.” The death of the rich man and his being in Hades must therefore be figurative, figurative death being mentioned elsewhere in the Scriptures. (Lu 9:60; Col 2:13; 1Ti 5:6) So the fiery torment was experienced while he was figuratively dead but actually alive as a human after a resurrection to judgement), being in torment

22:10 Likewise, a place has been created for sinners (the unrighteous), when they die, and are buried in the earth, and judgement has not come upon them during their life.
22:11 And (they have lived the good life, but) here their souls will be separated (in sheol) for (after a resurrection to judgement), being in torment)  this great anguish (the General concept of judgement, with painful consequences.), at the Great Day of judgement and Punishment and Torment for those who curse, forever, so that there may be retribution for their souls. And there he (Jesus Christ) will bind them forever.
22:12 And this division has been made for the souls of (the righteous) those who complain, and give information about their destruction, about when they were killed, in the days of the sinners.
22:13 Thus a place has been created, for the souls of men who are not righteous, but sinners, accomplished in wrongdoing, and with the wrongdoers will be their lot. But their souls will not be killed on the day of judgement, nor will they rise from here (to be judged with the righteous and unrighteous."

The Angel Raphael answers this question in Verse 9. above when he says
"Three of the four places have been reserved for the unrighteous, and only one place is reserved for the righteous."

This is a 3-to-1 ratio, which means that out of the over seven billion people who are alive on the earth today, only about 1.75 billion of the people on the earth today will enter into the kingdom of Heaven. To say noting of the billions who have lived on the earth for the past 6000 years of generations that have gone before us,

22:13 Thus a place has been created, for the souls of men who are not righteous, but sinners, accomplished in wrongdoing, and with the wrongdoers will be their lot. But their souls (life) will not be killed on the day of judgement, nor will they rise from here (to be judged with the righteous and unrighteous.") the sinners remain in sheol forever

Thus, the Scriptures speak of the DEATH-STATE into which all go when they depart from among the living. While "in death" they are said to sleep. From this sleep some never awake; which is equivalent to saying, that they are never the subject of resurrection. This is evident from JER 51:57 where, speaking of the princes, wise men, captains, rulers, and mighty ones of Babylon, the eternal spirit saith: "they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake": and Isaiah, speaking of the same class, says, "they are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise;

1st book of enoch 51:1 And in those days the Earth will return that which has been entrusted to it, and Sheol will return that which has been entrusted to it and that which it has received. And destruction will return what it owes.

1st book of enoch 56:8 And in those days Sheol will open its mouth and they will sink into it and their destruction; Sheol will swallow up the sinners in the presence of the elect ones."

1st book of enoch 99.11 Woe to you who extend evil to your neighbours; for you will be killed in Sheol.

22:14 Then I blessed the Lord of Glory, and said: "Blessed are you O Yahweh, Lord of Righteousness, who rules over everything forever."

enoch chapter one a message for the last days

In Chapter One, Enoch is called to declare events that will take place in the last generation, in visions given to him by God. In the visions, he describes Jesus' Second Coming with the saints, and the judgement of the unrighteous).

1 The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed.

1.) [*The words of the blessings of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the Elect (the Redeemed Jews) and (the) Righteous (the Redeemed Gentiles), who will be living in the day of tribulation (the last 10 years that are left of the times of the Gentiles just prior to Jesus' return), when all the (unredeemed) wicked and godless (sinners) are to be (judged by Jesus. On the day Jesus sets up the kingdom upon  the earth, He will separate the sheep "the Redeemed" from the goats "the unredeemed." At which time, the "goats" the unredeemed will be) removed (from the earth, and cast into the Lake of Fire).]

(NOTE: When Jesus returns to the earth, He will send His Angels out to the far corners of the earth and the heavens and gather in all who remain alive, and conduct what the Bible calls the "Separation of the Sheep and the Goats." The Goats are the people who have fallen away from the truth. They are the cursed however to the sheep he says,  “Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.”

THE GOATS, the "unredeemed," will be cast into the Lake of Fire, where they will be tortured with the second death never to live again

THE SHEEP, the "Redeemed," will live with Jesus on earth for a 1000 years, after which, He will hand over the kingdom to his father and than god will be all in all and than death will be know more.)

6 And the high mountains shall be shaken, and the high hills shall be made low, and shall melt like wax before the flame

8.) But with the Righteous (the Redeemed), He (Jesus) will make peace (with them unto eternal life) and (He) will protect the Elect (the Redeemed Jews and the Redeemed Gentiles, who survive the battle of Armageddon). And mercy shall be upon them. And they shall all belong to God;  and they shall all be blessed. And He will help them all, and (the) Light (that is the Light of Christ) shall appear unto them and He (Jesus) will make peace with them.

(Verse 9. continues to describe Jesus' Second Coming with His saints, and the judgment of the unrighteous who dwell on the earth.)

9 And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones
To execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.

And he took up his parable and said

The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect ⌈⌈and⌉⌉ righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked ⌈⌈and godless⌉⌉ are to be removed. 2. And he took up his parable and said--Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. 3. Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them

but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. (in the Last Days)."]

“‘And in the last days,’ God says, ‘I shall pour out some of my spirit upon every sort of flesh . . . And I will give signs in heaven above and signs on earth below, blood and fire and smoke mist; the sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great day of the Lord arrives.’” (Ac 2:16-20)

In this case “the last days” preceded “the great day of the Lord” which “day” apparently brought “the last days” to their conclusion. (Compare Zep 1:14-18; Mal 4:5; Mt 11:13, 14;)

Since Peter addressed natural Jews and Jewish converts, his words must have had particular reference to them and evidently indicated that they were living in “the last days” of the then-existing Jewish system of things with its center of worship at Jerusalem

(The generation "to come" that Enoch alludes to in Verse 3 above is the generation from "200 BC to 135 AD,

you will remember that God said to Abraham that after 400 years He would deliver Israel, "...in the fourth generation." A generation in the Bible is normally 40 years long. However, here a generation is 100 years (4 x 100 = 400 years).

The Book of Enoch is not a record of the pre-flood history of the world it is an apocalyptic record about the last days of the Jewish people

The writers of the apocalyptic books glances at the contemporary history of the world around him, to which many a cryptic reference is made. However, these references are only made with a view to comforting the oppressed and affected with the thought that even the mightiest of earthly powers are shortly to be overthrown by the advent of the new and glorious era. So that every reference to the present is merely a position taken up from which to point to the future

The Book of Enoch should first be understood as history as allegory which is the nature of apocalyptic literature. Secondly it can be understood as a prophecy of the End Times therefore we can read again

but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. (in the Last Days)."] (The generation "to come" that Enoch alludes to in Verse 3. above is this generation, "Our Generation.

" The generation that will see the climax of all the dreams, visions, insights, experiences and wisdom given to Enoch by God concerning the last generation come to pass

And he took up his parable and said....Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them

what does parable mean?
a simple story used to illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson,

English “proverb” or “parable.”

A “proverb” embodies a truth in expressive language, often metaphorically, and a “parable” is a comparison or similitude, a short, usually fictitious, story from which a moral or spiritual truth is drawn.

The Book of Enoch should be understood in the same way we would understand the book of Revelation

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to him, to show to his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel to his servant John:

Signified it." That is, revealed it by many signs and symbols which he deems to be comprehensible and enlightening to the " bondservants " as to " scribes instructed unto the kingdom of heaven " (Matt. 13:52), who bring out of their treasures (the Scriptures) things new and old. "

A revelation* by Jesus Christ, which God gave him,+ to show his slaves+ the things that must shortly take place. And he sent his angel and presented it in signs through him to his slave John

"He indicated them by sign."

"It was not sent in plain form, but in an enigma or sign form. To 'signify' is to represent by sign or symbol. That this is what is meant by the use of the verb 'signify' in this case is shown conclusively by what John saw and heard. He saw certain things which he describes, and concerning these he is repeatedly informed that the mystery or meaning of what he saw was this and that

The same method of imparting knowledge was delivered to the prophets —Hos. 12:10.

Thus the Book of Enoch is an allegory or parable about the events leading up to the Maccabean Revolt till the time of King Herod the Great

When it comes to the account of the fallen angels we should not understand this literally but has an allegory of corruption within the Jewish Priesthood The priests who, similar to the sons of God in Genesis 6, violated the boundaries of the cultural purity by marrying non-Israelite women

Therefore the language about the fallen Watchers and the angels approaching God indicates that some of the angels are understood to be priests

in Enoch 10:11 in which God accuses the watchers of defiling themselves with women in their uncleanness should be understood as marrying non-Israelite women

The fallen angels who commit fornication should be understood as criticism against the Jerusalem priesthood

The Son of Man in the Book of Enoch

Before we begin this study I would ask you to pause the video and read the 1st book of Enoch chapters 46:1-5; 48:1-10; 62:2-16

In the book of Enoch, Enoch relates his heavenly visions when he is permitted to see the very Last times. in the divine court he beholds the son of man. (The Passover Plot)

46.1 And there I saw one who had a 'Head of Days' and his head was white like wool.  And with him there was another whose face had the appearance of a man and his face was full of grace like one of the Holy Angels.
46.2 And I asked one of the Holy Angels, who went with me and showed me all the secrets, about that Son of Man, who he was, and from where he was, and why he went with the Head of Days.

Enoch describes Christ at various points, employing the titles of Messiah (48:10; 52:4), the Righteous One (38:2; 53:6), the Elect One (40:5; 45:3–4; 49:2, 4; 51:3), the Lamb (90:38), and the Son of Man (46:3; 48:2; 62:9, 14).

Christ is to judge the world in righteousness and will reveal all things: “This is the Son of Man who has righteousness, with whom dwells righteousness, and who revealed all the treasures of that which is hidden, because the Lord of Spirits has chosen him.” (46:3.)

In a passage in which God speaks of the resurrection, it is clear that Christ will play a key role in that event:

“And in those days shall the earth also give back that which has been entrusted to it, and Sheol also shall give back that which it has received, and destruction shall give back that which it owes. For in those days the Elect One shall arise; and he shall choose the righteous and holy from among them: for the day has come near that they should be saved. And the Elect One shall in those days sit on My throne, and his mouth shall pour forth all the secrets of wisdom and counsel.” (51:1–3.)

The visions Enoch saw in this book are going to take place in the last days he did not see the Son of Man in is own time but in the latter generations the second coming of the son of man when he will return at the end time. This is not a reference to mean that the Son of Man had pre-existence before he was born.

The principle of the idea is expressed in the words of Paul (Romans 4:17) "God who quickens the dead, and calls those things which be not (but are to be) AS THOUGH THEY WERE."

So the Father knew what sort of person the Son would be before he was actually born and began to exist as a person. He could plan what He would eventually accomplish through him. He could "glorify" and "love" in advance His own Son, "the only-begotten of the Father".

As the Apostle Peter put it:

"Christ was foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, but was manifested at the end of the times for your sake" (1 Peter 1:20, R.V.).

So too the saying of Jesus to the Jews:
"Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day; and he saw it, and was glad . . . Before Abraham was, I am" (John 8:56-58).

Abraham, having received the promises, looked forward to the coming of the One in whom "all families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 12:3). Jesus knew that he was that One, having priority even over Abraham in God's purpose.

The son of man is presented in the mind of God and chosen before the creation, and from time to time revealed to the righteous but the son of man is neither divine nor actually pre-existent. the son of man is named and hidden from the beginning in the secret thoughts (logos) of God, finally to be revealed in the last times as the ideal man who will justify god's creation of the world. (The Passover Plot)

In this sense he is the second Adam, the heavenly man answering to the light Adam. The son of man is an image of Enoch's own righteous self so that we are not required to go beyond the idea that when the Messiah would be manifested he would embody that perfect righteousness which God from the beginning designed for mankind and which was present in the holy saints of all ages. (The Passover Plot)

By virtue of that perfection of holiness man in the Christ is exalted to the right hand of God and is chosen to be God's representative in the reborn and redeemed world from which all sin has been banished. The son of man is so to speak the essential Messiah embodied in all the anointed ones the eternal principle of righteousness personified and manifested in all the just ones (The Passover Plot)

In Daniel the people of the saints of the Most High are likened to a son of man compare Daniel 7:9 13, 14, 26, 27

The Saints who are to possess the kingdom are the son of man.

Thus the son of man is a collective or the son is a Corporate Being the multitudinous Christ

The Apocalypse of Weeks

The Apocalypse of Weeks
93.1 After this, Enoch began to speak from a book:

93.2 And Enoch said: "Concerning the sons of righteousness, and concerning the elect ones of the world, [throughout the whole 7,000 year period] and concerning the plant of righteousness and uprightness, I will speak these things to you, and make them known to you, my children. In consequence of that which has been shown to me, from my heavenly vision and from the voice of the Watchers and Holy Ones have I acquired knowledge; and from the tablet of heaven have I acquired understanding."

93.3 And Enoch then began to speak from a book, and said: "I was born the seventh, in the first week, [It doesn’t give reference as to when this week actually starts, however it appears that each week is a 700 year period for all ten of them to fit into a 7,000 year period. Interestingly this is like saying a week (7,000 years) ten times of weeks (700 years)! And since it says he was “born the seventh” (and there is a second witness to this in 1:14) I am making the start date of the first week on 3993 BC at the “founding of the world” when Adam sinned as it seems to fit perfectly throughout the whole “ten part” time period (one could use 3992 when Cain was born but in this scope of time it would make little difference]
while justice and righteousness still lasted. [this “period of  tranquillity” is the time period from Adam and Eve getting new garments of skin to the end of the day of rest that Jehovah had gone into – so from 3993BC to 2993 which would take the period of  tranquillity well into the second of the ten weeks that Enoch describes in great detail with regard to the flood and Noah’s time]

93.4 And, after me, [after 3040BC when Enoch is transferred (Hb 11:5)] in the second week, [3293 - 2593BC] great injustice will arise, and deceit will have sprung up.[this marks the time when the sons of god the seed of Seth and the seed of Cain commit the many grievous crimes upon the earth as recorded in Chapter 9 of Enoch and Genesis 6]. And in it [the second week] there will be the First End, and in it, a man will be saved. Meaning that Noah a righteous person is delivered 7But when the first [week] is completed, iniquity shall grow up; and during the second week he shall execute the decree [the one made in Chapter 14] upon sinners [both the sons of god and the sons of men - the execution of the decree being the deluge on those who do not enter the Ark which occurred from 2371 to 2370BC. So this too fits in well with the story of Noah and the end of this particular week].

93.5 And after this in the third week, at its end, a man will be elected as the Plant of Righteous judgement [this “man” being Abraham]; , and after him will come the Plant of Righteousness, forever. [future event – one who comes from the seed of Abraham - Jesus].

93.6 And after this,, in the fourth week [1893 – 1193BC], during its completion, the visions of the holy and the righteous shall be seen [the time of Moses and the visions on Mt. Sinai], and a Law for all generations take place [Moses’ prophecies concerning the coming Christ (a prophet like him –Dt 18:15)], and a habitation shall be made for them [the Promised Land by covenant].

93.7 And after this, in the fifth week [1193 – 493BC], at its end [or during its completion that is toward the end of the week], a House of Glory and Sovereignty will be built forever. The house is not the temple but the house of David  The Davidic line (also referred to as the House of David

93.8 And after this, in the sixth week [493BC – 209AD], all those who live in it [the house of dominion] will be darkened. [the Jewish system was one of the darkest under the Mosaic Law at the hands of the Pharisees], the hearts of all of them shall be forgetful of wisdom [they focus on the Law and maintaining a yoke on people instead of listening to the wisdom of God], and in it shall a Man [Immanuel/Jesus] arise and come forth [as the Messiah].
And during its completion [toward the end of the sixth week] He shall burn the house of dominion with fire [the judgment and consequent destruction of the temple and the fall of Jerusalem (70AD)], and all the race of the elect root shall be dispersed [the Diaspora].

93.9 Afterwards, in the seventh week [209AD – 909AD], an apostate generation shall arise [under the Roman Catholic Church]; and many shall be its deeds, and all its deeds perverse [intense persecution and death to any “true” Christian who would question their teachings or authority or try to translate the bible in other languages etc…]. During its completion [towards its end], the righteous shall be selected from the everlasting plant of righteousness [those who were under the alter in rev 6 and the 144‘000 of rev 7]; and to them shall be given the sevenfold doctrine of his whole creation [ they will function as witnesses of righteouseness  Unfortunately they had to hide this knowledge to keep it from being destroyed by the church].

91.12 And after this there will be another week; the eighth , that of righteousness [909AD – 1609AD], to which shall be given a sword to execute judgment and justice upon all oppressors [the Lollards movement, Protestant movement (Luther), Wycliffe accomplished translating the bible in English and it was well on its way to being the most published book in the history of the world as it became a global phenomenon – it was the Word of God (the sword) that executed judgment and justice (not physical but spiritual) on anyone who denied the power of the Old Testament and the Gospels].  and the sinners will be handed over into the hands of the righteous. [the “sinners” of the “middle ages” or “medieval times” were eventually subdued by the rise of the European powers and delivered into their hands],

91.13 And, at its end, [toward the end of the week] they [the elect ] shall acquire habitations by their righteousness  and a House [the “body” which is comprised of those who truly tried to bring God back into the everyday lives of men] will be built for the Great King in Glory, forever.

91.14) And all mankind shall look to the path of uprightness. And after that, in the ninth week, [1609AD – 2309AD] the righteous judgement shall be revealed to the whole world, [this is the time period we are now in, when the kingdom of God will be set up in the earth and righteous judgement shall be revealed to the whole world. The real “terrifiers” (Is 13) will be taken out of the way] And all the works of the godless shall vanish from all the earth, [not all of the people shall be destroyed but the work shall disappear];  And the world [the order of things or the system of things] shall be written down for destruction. [those who got the mark of the beast and worshipped it while blaspheming God and His truth are bound for Gehenna to be destroyed]; and all men [both good and evil] shall be on the watch for the path of integrity [all men, will look for the Christ and His brothers for understanding and guidance]. This period must continue for 300 years well into the Kingdom of God on earth under the new heavenly administration]

91.15 And after this, matter on the tenth week [2309 - 3009AD], in the seventh part, [not “seventh day” - this seventh part being the last 100 years 2909AD-3009AD] there shall be an everlasting judgment [on the last day of the tenth week those who have died during the 1000 years will be brought out  of the grave to be judged], which shall be executed by the Watchers of the eternal heaven  [upon the archons or world rulers of this age]; the great judgment which shall come from all of the angels [the angels are the sanits and the end of all that is evil will come as death itself is swallowed up forever - Amen!]

91.16 And the First Heaven will vanish and pass away and a New Heaven will appear, and all the Powers of Heaven will shine forever, with sevenfold light.

91.17 And after this, there will be many weeks without number, forever, [after the 1,000 year when God is all in all],  in goodness and in righteousness. And from then on sin will never again be mentioned. there will be no more remembrance of it

The First Resurrection Enoch 6:11

Enoch 6:11 6:11 Then shall Wisdom be given to the Elect (The First Resurrection, see also Acts 2:16-20 and Joel 2:28-29 where Peter talks about it), ALL OF WHOM SHALL LIVE (See The Gospel of Thomas saying 13: "these are the CODED WORDS"...), and not again transgress by disrespect or pride; but shall humble themselves, possessing prudence, and shall not repeat transgression (see Rev. 12:7). Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. The sheep begin to awaken; the goats just keep getting worse and more evil. Daniel 12 IS ABOUT TO OCCUR...PLEASE READ THE LITTLE BOOK WHILE YOU CAN. Only 'the remnant' shall be delivered: Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the "I AM" shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the "I AM" hath said, and in the remnant whom the "I AM" shall call
