The Tree of Life the Book of Enoch Chapter 25

And from thence I went to another place of the earth⌉⌉, and he showed me a mountain range of fire which burnt ⌈⌈day and night⌉⌉. 2. And I went beyond it and saw seven magnificent mountains (seven world empires) all differing each from the other.....3. And the seventh mountain was in the midst of these, and it excelled them in height, resembling the seat of a throne: and fragrant trees encircled the throne. 4. And amongst them was a tree such as I had never yet smelt, neither was any amongst them nor were others like it:

Enoch visited another part of the earth beyond a burning range of mountains, where he beheld in the midst of six mountains a seventh mountain more lofty than the others. This mountain is to be the throne of God where the Great King will sit when He visits the earth. Near the throne Enoch saw the tree of life,

This tree is reserved until the coming of the kingdom and serves as the means by which men regain their lost state of blessedness. Its fruit, brings longevity of happiness on earth. The coming of the kingdom will involve the transplanting of the tree of life to the holy place, to the temple of the Lord on earth (25:5). The kingdom is thus to center in Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital. The marvelous effects of the tree of life are described in these words.

 4. And as for this fragrant tree no mortal is permitted to touch it till the great judgement, when He shall take vengeance on all and bring (everything) to its consummation for ever. It shall then be given to the righteous and holy. 5. Its fruit shall be for food to the elect: it shall be transplanted to the holy place, to the temple of the Lord, the Eternal King.

6 Then shall they rejoice with joy and be glad,
And into the holy place shall they enter;
And its fragrance shall be in their bones,
And they shall live a long life on earth,
Such as thy fathers lived:
And in their days shall no ⌈⌈sorrow or⌉⌉ plague
Or torment or calamity touch them.'
7 Then blessed I the God of Glory, the Eternal King, who hath prepared such things for the righteous, and hath created them and promised to give to them.

the day of judgment which
will restore the divinely intended order to the world. Sinners
will be destroyed while the righteous enter into larger bless-
ings, which are described in terms both of human happiness

and spiritual well-being.

ENOCH 50:5 Their countenance shall be bright with joy; for in those days shall the Elect One
be exalted.

MATT. 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father.

The Two Aeons Before Creation The 2nd Book of Enoch

Chapters 24-27 of 2 Enoch can be viewed as the climax of angelic and divine revelations to Enoch during his heavenly tour.

The book tells that Yahweh decided to reveal to Enoch the secrets of His creation, which he never explained even to his angels. Further the term "secrets" is applied only to this account of God's creation, conveyed to Enoch by Yahweh himself, "face to face."

The content of these revelations includes the following details:

1. Prior to the Creation Yahweh decided to establish the foundation of all created things;

2. He commanded one of the invisible "things" to come out of the very highest things and become visible;

3. By Yahweh's command a primordial "great aeon," bearing the title the spirit of the Light of creation (Adoil), descended and, disintegrating itself, revealed all creation which Yahweh "had thought up to create;"

4. Yahweh created a throne for himself. He then ordered the light to become the foundation for the highest things;

5. Yahweh called out the second aeon, bearing the title the spirit of the foundation of creation (Arukhas), which became the foundation of the lowest things;

the spirit of the Light of creation (Adoil) could come from a Hebrew translation of the phrases "The hand of God another understanding would be "the light of God" this means that Adoil is the hand of creation or light of creation

Arukhas may have originated from the Hebrew word "firmament" or it is the formation of creation or the foundation of creation the beginnings

both Adoil and Arukhas are personified they are not described as the agents but rather as the objects which are transformed and emanate creation

Adoil and Arukhas, are not primordial beings controlled by God they are aspects of the mind of God or mental powers, unfolding or expanding from its thought or idea to become a reality

From this point on we will call Adoil the spirit of the Light of creation

As for Arukhas we shall call it the spirit of the foundation of creation

by the term spirit we should understand this as a word of command from God: Psalm 33:6, compare Isaiah 34:16

It can also be used of the mind of God

for, "Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16

Who is able to advise the Spirit of Yahweh? Who knows enough to give him advice or teach him? Isaiah 40:13

Who comprehends the mind of Yahweh, or gives him instruction as his counselor? Isaiah 40:13

Before anything existed at all, from the very beginning, whatever exists I created from the non-existent, and from the invisible the visible....For before any visible things had come into existence, I the ONE, moved around in the invisible things, like the sun, from east to west and from west to east. But the sun has rest in it's self; yet I did not find rest, because everything was not yet created. And I thought up the idea of establishing a foundation, to create a visible creation.

"And I thought up the idea of establishing a foundation, to create a visible creation."

Here we have the forethought of God or foresight it is God's plan of creation and also his plan of salvation. the first movement of creation is self-reflective self-conscious thought, the expanding of the thought into an idea to be come a reality

God explains to Enoch how the visible and the invisible come forth from the very highest things.

And I commanded the highest things: “Let one of the invisible (concealed and hidden) things descend visibly!” (spiritual or ethereal)

And the spirit of the Light of creation descended, extremely large. And I looked at him, and behold, in his belly he had a great light. And I said to him, “Disintegrate yourself, O spirit of the Light of creation, and let what is born from you become visible.” (that is the establishment of the spiritual cosmos or the divine realms of light)

And he disintegrated himself, and there came out a very great light.

The word Disintegrate is not a good translation the word means to issue forth or to give birth therefore we should understand Disintegrate to mean an emanation. Another translation says

And I said to him: Become undone and let the visible come out of you.

the great light is the divine light which is without end it is the aeon of light of the upper foundation

The Great Light born from or with another Light!

this is the waters above of Heaven

the light is the water

And I was in the midst of the |great| light. And light out of light is carried thus. And the great age came out, and it revealed all the creation which I had thought up to create. And I saw how good it was. And I placed for myself a throne, and I sat down on it. And then to the light I spoke: “You go up higher than the throne, and become solid |much higher than the throne|, and become the foundation for the highest things.” And there is nothing higher than the light, except nothing itself. And again I bowed myself, and I looked upward from my throne.

the primordial aeon called the spirit of the Light of creation, it has been noted that it seems to be identified with the upper sacred foundation that serves as the basis for the heavenly Temple represented by the Throne of God.

The light out of light that is the light expanding and emanating from within the Deity

the great light emanating from within is the pure light or the divine light which is without end. In the divine fullness or pleroma it always comes first into consciousness.

The light is the aeon which is the foundation for the highest things upon which the deity establish his throne

The light is the illumining power it is a heavenly light, such as surrounds angels, or of God. God is light. Yahweh is light Isaiah 10:17Psalm 27:1Isaiah 60:19,20.

The seat of the Deity thus serves here as the location from which God supervises the unfolding creation. The Throne plays an important role in the process of creation, being envisioned as the center of the created universes.

God initiates an invisible personified process called the spirit of the Light of creation. the primordial vessel of light is the first creative act of the Deity that gives life to the visible order of everything.

This is the Highest Light-world or Realm of Light.

God summons from the very lowest things this time, so that the spirit of the foundation of creation, both heavy and black, should come out.

And I called out a second time into the very lowest things, and I said, “Let one of the invisible ((concealed and hidden) things come out visibly, solid. (physical) |And| the spirit of the foundation of creation came out, solid and heavy and very black. And I said, to the spirit of the foundation of creation,“Open yourself up, and let what is born from you become visible!” (physical) And he disintegrated himself. There came out an age, dark, very large, carrying the creation of all lower things. And I saw how good it was. And I said to him, “Come down low and become solid! (physical) And become the foundation of the lowest things!” |And it came about.| And he came down and became solid. (the expansion of the universe) And he became the foundation of the lowest things. And there is nothing lower than the darkness, except nothing itself.

the opening of the spirit of the foundation of creation lays the foundation of lower things that is the physical creation

Darkness hides the glory of the heavens or the upper foundation and Light shines on the inferior physical universe

And I gave the command: “Let there be taken some of the light and some of the darkness.” And I said, “Become thickened, and be wrapped around with light!” And I spread it out, and it became water. (the formation of galaxies) And I spread it out above the darkness, below the light. And thus I made the solid waters, that is to say, the Bottomless.

the solid waters are the surface of the physical creation

and I made foundation of light around the water, and created seven great circles inside it, and I gave them an appearance of crystal wet and dry, that is to say like glass and ice, and to be the circuit for waters and the other elements, and I showed each one of them its road, and the seven stars each one of them in its own heaven, so that they might travel accordingly.

the seven spheres contain the mobile celestial bodies

And I saw how good it was. And I made a division between the light and between the darkness, that is to say, in the middle of the waters, this way and that way. And I said to the light that it should be day, and to the darkness I commanded that it should be night. And Evening came, and again morning came, that is the first day.

Enoch's Ascension into Heaven The Book of Enoch chapter 70

Enoch's Ascension into Heaven The Book of Enoch chapter 70

The Book of Enoch chapter 70

1. And it came to pass after this that his name during his lifetime was raised aloft to that Son of Man and to the Lord of Spirits from amongst those who dwell on the earth.
2. And he was raised aloft on the chariots of the spirit and his name vanished among them.
3. And from that day I was no longer numbered amongst them: and he set me between the two winds, between the North and the West, where the angels who measured for me the place for the elect and righteous.
4. And there I saw the first fathers and the righteous who from the beginning dwell in that place.

The Book of Enoch chapter 71 1. Afterwards my spirit was concealed, ascending into the heavens. I beheld the sons of the holy angels treading on flaming fire, whose garments and robes were white, and whose countenances were transparent as crystal.

The meaning of Enoch

Enoch, means--founder; teacher; instructor;. One Trained Up; Inaugurated that is, dedicated, initiated

Enoch was the man who walked with God and was translated, so has not to see death but that does not mean that he did not die (Heb. 11:5).

Enoch is symbolic of that which each of us can become, and for which all humanity was destined from the very beginning

The name Enoch means "founder," or "instructor," Enoch walked with God. He was translated into the spiritual consciousness. Enoch represents the gateway into and instruction in the new life in Christ.

In the book of Enoch we should understand Enoch's ascension into heaven has a state of of peace and harmony which is symbolised by heaven;

Enoch is the gateway into and instruction in a new state of thought, or understanding. In the case of Enoch who walked with God, the new state of thought would be spiritual consciousness, the new life in Christ.

Abel, Enoch, Noah, and Abraham are represent states or conditions that are higher in the scale than the purely carnal or fleshly. By faith they all made connection with the abiding realities of the Gospel.

Enoch symbolises the highest or climactic point of the ascent for which man is destined to strive, and in this refined image perfect man is superior to the angels.

ascension--The ascending or progressive unfoldment of a believer from the carnal to the spiritual. It is measured by three degrees or states of consciousness: first, the carnal; second, the mental; and third, the spiritual. Enoch first manifested Himself as the man on the physical plane, from which He was translated to the mental; from thence He ascended to the spiritual. The ascension is the final step in the attainment of the Christ consciousness.

Why was “Enoch” taken up by a whirlwind into heaven?   The ascent of Enoch was a precursor of the experience that Jesus went through, when at the ascension he was “taken up in a cloud.”

Enoch was taken by a whirlwind into heaven: that is the positive or dominant element of the mind of Enoch must be taken by Yahweh into a state of peace and harmony which is symbolised by heaven;

What is the meaning of the taking of Enoch into heaven in the chariot of spirit? It represents a change that takes place in consciousness,

The carnal mind of Enoch is lifted up in Spirit,

the place for the elect and righteous is the spiritual consciousness which is symbolised by heaven;

Leviathan and Behemoth The Book of Enoch Chapter 60

Leviathan and Behemoth

A Fragment from the lost Apocalypse of Noah

 A Fragment of the Book of Noah

The Book of Enoch [Chapter 60]

Noah reads from a parable from the writings of Enoch. This is confirmed in verss 9 where my grandfather was taken up, the seventh from Adam, the first man whom the Lord of Spirits created

Or, "my [great-] grandfather was taken up, the seventh from Adam" (Charles, p. 155). This implies that this section of the book was written by Noah, Enoch's descendant, rather than Enoch. Scholars have speculated that this portion of the book may contain fragments of the lost Apocalypse of Noah.

In the five hundredth year, and in the seventh month, on the fourteenth day of the month Noah saw the heaven of heavens shaking the Ancient of Days was sitting on the Throne of His Glory, while the angels and holy ones were standing around Him. A great trembling came upon him Noah fell upon his face (a symbol of  death). Prince Michael, a holy angel, one of the holy ones, was sent and he raised him up. (a symbol of the Resurrection)

the Ancient of Days is the Lord Jesus Christ and the Throne of His Glory is the Throne of his Father king David

60:2 And when he raised me, my spirit returned; for I was incapable of enduring this vision of violence, and the quaking of the heaven (Heb. 12:26-29).

60:3 Then holy Michael said to me: Why art thou disturbed at this vision?

60:4 Until now has existed the Period of Mercy (The age of grace or the gospel age the times of the gentiles); and He has been merciful and long-suffering towards all who dwell upon the Earth (Ps. 86:15; Isa. 42:14; 2 Pet. 3:9).

60:5 But when the time shall come, then shall the power, the punishment, and the Judgement take place, that the Lord of Spirits (The Eternal Spirit The Father Yahweh) has prepared for those who prostrate themselves to The Judgement of Righteousness (The Judgement of Christ), for those who dispute that Judgement, and for those who take His name in vain.

60:6 That day has been prepared for the Elect as a day of Covenant; and for sinners as a day of inquisition.

60:7 In that day shall be separated from one another two monsters (redistribution of their wealth); a female monster (Rev. 17:1), whose name is Leviathan (CHURCH) dwelling in the depths of the "sea" (Ps. 65:7), above the springs of "waters" (Rev. 17:15);

60:8 And a male (Rev. 17:2), whose name is Behemoth (STATE)
who occupied with his breast a waste wilderness.

The 'Synagogue of Satan' works on TWO FRONTS: CHURCH and STATE.

the CHURCH IS ONLY PART; there are TWO BEASTS that enslave men: Church and State.

The HARLOT (CHURCH) RIDES THE BEAST (STATE).

The HIDDEN HAND runs BOTH OF THEM.

The Parable of the Fallen Watchers The Book of Enoch

The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect ⌈⌈and⌉⌉ righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked ⌈⌈and godless⌉⌉ are to be removed. 2. And he took up his parable and said--Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. 3. Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them

but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. (in the Last Days)."]

“‘And in the last days,’ God says, ‘I shall pour out some of my spirit upon every sort of flesh . . . And I will give signs in heaven above and signs on earth below, blood and fire and smoke mist; the sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great day of the Lord arrives.’” (Ac 2:16-20)

In this case “the last days” preceded “the great day of the Lord” which “day” apparently brought “the last days” to their conclusion. (Compare Zep 1:14-18; Mal 4:5; Mt 11:13, 14;)

Since Peter addressed natural Jews and Jewish converts, his words must have had particular reference to them and evidently indicated that they were living in “the last days” of the then-existing Jewish system of things with its center of worship at Jerusalem

(The generation "to come" that Enoch alludes to in Verse 3 above is the generation from "200 BC to 135 AD,

you will remember that God said to Abraham that after 400 years He would deliver Israel, "...in the fourth generation." A generation in the Bible is normally 40 years long. However, here a generation is 100 years (4 x 100 = 400 years).

The Book of Enoch is not a record of the pre-flood history of the world it is an apocalyptic record about the last days of the Jewish people

The writers of the apocalyptic books glances at the contemporary history of the world around him, to which many a cryptic reference is made. However, these references are only made with a view to comforting the oppressed and affected with the thought that even the mightiest of earthly powers are shortly to be overthrown by the advent of the new and glorious era. So that every reference to the present is merely a position taken up from which to point to the future

The Book of Enoch should first be understood as history as allegory which is the nature of apocalyptic literature. Secondly it can be understood as a prophecy of the End Times therefore we can read again

but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come. (in the Last Days)."] (The generation "to come" that Enoch alludes to in Verse 3. above is this generation, "Our Generation.

" The generation that will see the climax of all the dreams, visions, insights, experiences and wisdom given to Enoch by God concerning the last generation come to pass

And he took up his parable and said....Concerning the elect I said, and took up my parable concerning them

what does parable mean?
a simple story used to illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson,

English “proverb” or “parable.”

A “proverb” embodies a truth in expressive language, often metaphorically, and a “parable” is a comparison or similitude, a short, usually fictitious, story from which a moral or spiritual truth is drawn.

The Book of Enoch should be understood in the same way we would understand the book of Revelation

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to him, to show to his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel to his servant John:

Signified it." That is, revealed it by many signs and symbols which he deems to be comprehensible and enlightening to the " bondservants " as to " scribes instructed unto the kingdom of heaven " (Matt. 13:52), who bring out of their treasures (the Scriptures) things new and old. "

A revelation* by Jesus Christ, which God gave him,+ to show his slaves+ the things that must shortly take place. And he sent his angel and presented it in signs through him to his slave John

"He indicated them by sign."

"It was not sent in plain form, but in an enigma or sign form. To 'signify' is to represent by sign or symbol. That this is what is meant by the use of the verb 'signify' in this case is shown conclusively by what John saw and heard. He saw certain things which he describes, and concerning these he is repeatedly informed that the mystery or meaning of what he saw was this and that

The same method of imparting knowledge was delivered to the prophets —Hos. 12:10.

Thus the Book of Enoch is an allegory or parable about the events leading up to the Maccabean Revolt till the time of King Herod the Great

When it comes to the account of the fallen angels we should not understand this literally but has an allegory of corruption within the Jewish Priesthood The priests who, similar to the sons of God in Genesis 6, violated the boundaries of the cultural purity by marrying non-Israelite women

Therefore the language about the fallen Watchers and the angels approaching God indicates that some of the angels are understood to be priests

in Enoch 10:11 in which God accuses the watchers of defiling themselves with women in their uncleanness should be understood as marrying non-Israelite women

The fallen angels who commit fornication should be understood as criticism against the Jerusalem priesthood

It is sometimes claimed that only angel-human offspring could produce "nephilim" (or giants, cf. Gen. 6:4). But the sons of Anak (Num. 13:33) were also giants, ("nephilim") and these were certainly not angel-human offspring, as they existed long after the flood.

6. The Hebrew word for “giants” in Genesis 6:4, is also used to describe the sons of a man called Anak in Numbers 13:33. Freak human beings of unusual size or strength are sometimes born today, but it does not mean that their parents were angels.

We are not specifically told that the giants were the children of the “sons of God”. “There were giants…and also after that…the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men” (:4).

Divine angels can not sin. They are "ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who will be heirs of salvation". (Heb. 1:14). These angels are not rebels, but do Yahweh's commandments, "hearkening unto the voice of his word . . . ministers of his, that do his pleasure." (Psa. 103:20, 21).

We have shown that the “sons of God” may refer to those with the true understanding of God. The “sons of God’ of every generation have kept themselves separate from the people of the world, and are warned by God not to marry such people because they will influence them away from following the true God (Ex. 34:12,15,16; Josh. 23:12-13; Ezra 9:12; 1 Cor. 7:39; 2 Cor. 6:14-16). Genesis 3:15 describes how the seed (descendants) of the serpent would be in constant conflict with the seed of the woman (cp. Gal. 4:29).

The early chapters of Genesis highlight the fact that there were these two sorts of people; the descendants of Seth called themselves “by the name of the Lord” (Gen. 4:26 A.V margin) and comprised the righteous “sons of God”, the seed of the woman. By contrast, the descendants of Cain, are described as being associated with murder and instituting polygamy (Gen. 4:23 & 19), the art of weapon production (Gen. 4:22) and entertainment (Gen. 4:21).

The names of these people imply that at this time they started an alternative , apostate, system of worship to replace the true worship of God, which angered God; e.g. Cain named a city after Enoch, whose name means “dedicated”;

The sons of God marrying the daughters of men would therefore describe the inter-marriage of these two lines, so that only Noah and his family were the “seed of the woman” at the time of the flood

the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. (John 4:14)
all the thirsty drank, and were filled with wisdom, having their habitation with the righteous, the elect, and the holy. (Enoch 48:1 {48:1})

The one direct quote in the New Testament is by Jude, a brother of Jesus Christ:

Jude 1:14-15, quoting Enoch 1:9 {2:1} [1]

"And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
to execute judgment on all and to convict all the ungodly of all their deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”

The Book of Enoch is the little scroll of Revelation 10:10

Rev. 10:10 And I took the little book (the book of Enoch) out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten (digested) it, my belly was bitter.
10:11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy AGAIN before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings [This CLEARLY SAYS that the 'little book' the book of Enoch is for the end times for the last generation and will be MADE AVAILABLE DURING THE TIME OF THE END].

The little scroll is The Book of Enoch?!! This is why it has been fiercely hidden and kept out of the canon! And all the while, perhaps it is God's plan? I am only speculating. To this day scholars still carefully avodi  it, emphasizing "it is not canon" yet they still refer to it! To me it seems all the more reason to read The Book of Enoch.

 The book written by Enoch-[Enoch indeed wrote this complete doctrine of wisdom, (which is) praised of all men and a judge of all the earth] for all my children who shall dwell on the earth. And for the future generations who shall observe uprightness and peace.

there are many parallels with Enoch and the book of Revelation as well as other apocalypses. God inspired it and intentionally placed images and phrases from other prophets in order that we should go and examine those prophets to see the bigger picture; to unlock various prophecies. Revelation is a like a reference book explaining the bigger picture which was unclear or hidden before Jesus' revelation. it is basically for the elect in the end times

The Book of Revelation has the same message with the book of Enoch.

The end event is singular and established by Yahweh. So john and Enoch saw the end event.

So the book of Enoch corroborates perfectly with the book of revelation, along with the other prophets in the canon. but one has to dig this out for themselves and see it for themselves. if they are read together making comparisons, it can clearly be seen that Enoch is inspired.

all the prophets give us the same picture of the end times and the judgment seat. the Father authenticates and confirms His Word.

Enoch 1:9 “ And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones To execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.
.”

Revelation 19:14 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp[g] sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS.

ENOCH 9:3 ... Then they said to their Lord, the King, Thou art Lord of lords, God of gods,
King of kings. The throne of thy glory is for ever and ever, and for ever and ever is thy name
sanctified and glorified. Thou art blessed and glorified.

ENOCH 47:1 In that day the prayer of the holy and the righteous, and the blood of the
righteous, shall ascend from the earth into the presence of the Lord of spirits.

REV. 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost
thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

Rev 19:15 Now Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty..

ENOCH 61:4 The word of his mouth shall destroy all the sinners and all the ungodly, who shall
perish at his presence.
5 In that day shall all the kings, the princes, the exalted, and those who possess the earth, stand
up, behold, and perceive, that he is sitting on the throne of his glory; that before him the saints
shall be judged in righteousness;
6 And that nothing, which shall be spoken before him, shall be spoken in vain.
7 Trouble shall come upon them, as upon a woman in travail, whose labour is severe, when her
child comes to the mouth of the womb, and she finds it difficult to bring forth.

compare revelation 12

8 One portion of them shall look upon another. They shall be astonished, and shall humble their
countenance;
9 And trouble shall seize them, when they shall behold this Son of woman sitting upon the throne
of his glory.

REV. 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief
captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the
dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth
on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

We will all partake of that cup (THE GREAT TRIBULATION) - Unless you READ the "little book" AND DO WHAT IT TOLD YOU TO DO...

The Face of God 2 Enoch 44

God's Face and the Creation of Humans

According to Genesis, humans are created in the image of God. 2 Enoch takes this idea and likens God's face to the human face, which is God's image, and which should not be treated with contempt.

Enoch instructs his sons, that they might not insult the face of any person, small or great

44:1 The Lord with his hands having created man, in the likeness of his own face, the Lord made him small and great.
44:2 Whoever insults a person's face insults the face of the Lord;... Whoever treats with contempt the face of any person treats the face of the Lord with contempt.

In this passage, 2 Enoch likens the human face to the divine face, vers 1; reminds us of gen 1:27 it has similar wording

44:1 The Lord with his hands having created man, in the likeness of his own face, the Lord made him small and great.

Gen 1:27  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

"in the image of God" That is, in the image of the Elohim whom the Father used in the work of creation. Man is In the Image And Likeness Of The Elohim, or angels . The word image means a shadow, or a likeness. The word is reproduced in Daniel 2 in relation to the image, and thus relates to form or appearance.

Genesis 5:3 states that "Adam begat a son in his likeness after his image" which illustrates its use here.

Man was made "in the image" of the Elohim, and inasmuch as they are "sons of God," the image is divine (though the nature of man is not).

Of the Lord Jesus Christ also, we read that he is "the exact representation of his (God's) very being" (Heb. 1:3). Yahweh has corporeal existence in heaven.

"While image, then, hath reference to form or shape, 'likeness' hath regard to mental constitution, or capacity... Adam's mental capacity enabled him to comprehend and receive spiritual ideas

But whereas Adam was made in "the image and likeness of the Elohim," the descendants of Adam inherit the consequences of the Fall. Seth was "in the likeness after the image" of Adam (Gen. 5:3), and not that of God.

Therefore, since the Fall it has been impossible for man to reflect the divine excellence in its fullness, and this has required the formation of a New Man who should exactly reveal the divine image and likeness. This Christ accomplished by conquering the flesh (Rom. 1:3; Heb. 1:3; Col. 1:15).

Man is a facsimile of god that is of god's visible face
any disrespect for any human being is to disrespect  God himself

44:2 Whoever insults a person's face insults the face of the Lord; ....Whoever treats with contempt the face of any person treats the face of the Lord with contempt.

James 3:8 But the tongue, not one of mankind can get it tamed. An unruly injurious thing, it is full of death-dealing poison. 9 With it we bless God, even [the] Father, and yet with it we curse men who have come into existence “in the likeness of God

the description of Yahweh's corporeality

And now, my children, it is not from my own lips that I am reporting to you today, but from the lips of the Lord who has sent me to you. As for you, you hear my words, out of my lips, a human being created equal to yourselves; but I, I have heard the words from the fiery lips of the Lord. For the lips of the Lord are a furnace of fire, and his words are the fiery flames which come out. You, my children, you see my face, a human being created just like yourselves; I, I am one who has seen the face of the Lord, like iron made burning hot by fire, emitting sparks. For you gaze into (my) eyes, a human being created just like yourselves; but I have gazed into the eyes of the Lord, like the rays of the shining sun and terrifying the eyes of a human being.

this describes God's physical corporeal body

To see a vision of God's face is to experience the inner realisation of the divine presence, of having met God face to face, and of having succeeded through prayer in obtaining the divine favour and blessing that have been sought within the presence of God.

The Sabbath and the 7000 Years Letter of Barnabas Chapter 15

Barnabas is chapter 15, concerning the sabbath, which says...

1 Furthermore it was written concerning the Sabbath in the ten words which he spake on Mount Sinai face to face to Moses. "Sanctify also the Sabbath of the Lord with pure hands and a pure heart."
2 And in another place he says, "If my sons keep the Sabbath, then will I bestow my mercy upon them."
3 He speaks of the Sabbath at the beginning of the Creation, "And God made in 6x days the works of his hands and on the 7th day he made an end, and rested in it and sanctified it."
4 Notice, children, what is the meaning of "He made an end in 6 days"? He means this: that the Lord will make an end of everything in 6,000 years, for a day with him means a thousand years. And he himself is my witness when he says, "Lo, the day of the Lord shall be as a thousand years." So then, children, in 6 days, that is in 6 thousand years, everything will be completed.
5 "And he rested on the 7th day." This means, when his Son comes [at the start of that day of the week] he will destroy the time of the wicked one, and will judge the godless, and will change the sun and the moon and the stars, and then he will truly rest on the 7th day [Amen].
6 Furthermore he says, "Thou shalt sanctify it with clean hands and a pure heart." If, then, anyone has at present the power to keep holy the day which God made holy, by being pure in heart, we are altogether deceived.
7 See that we shall indeed keep it holy at that time, when we enjoy true rest, when we shall be able to do so because we have been made righteous ourselves and have received the promise, when there is no more sin, but all things have been made new by the Lord  then we shall be able to keep it holy because we ourselves have first been made holy.
8 Furthermore he says to them, "Your new moons and the sabbaths I cannot endure." Do you see what he means? The present sabbaths are not acceptable to me, but that which I have made, in which I will give rest to all things and make the beginning of an eighth day, that is the beginning of another world. [the age to come
9 Wherefore we also celebrate with gladness the eighth day in which Jesus also rose from the dead, and was made manifest, and ascended into Heaven (Chapter 15)

93.3 And Enoch then began to speak from a book, and said: "I was born the seventh, in the first week, [It doesn’t give reference as to when this week actually starts, however it appears that each week is a 700 year period for all ten of them to fit into a 7,000 year period. Interestingly this is like saying a week (7,000 years) ten times of weeks (700 years)! And since it says he was “born the seventh” (and there is a second witness to this in 1:14) I am making the start date of the first week on 3993 BC at the “founding of the world” when Adam sinned as it seems to fit perfectly throughout the whole “ten part” time period (one could use 3992 when Cain was born but in this scope of time it would make little difference]

91.14) And all mankind shall look to the path of uprightness. And after that, in the ninth week, [1609AD – 2309AD] the righteous judgement shall be revealed to the whole world, [this is the time period we are now in, when the kingdom of God will be set up in the earth and righteous judgement shall be revealed to the whole world. The real “terrifiers” (Is 13) will be taken out of the way] And all the works of the godless shall vanish from all the earth, [not all of the people shall be destroyed but the work shall disappear];  And the world [the order of things or the system of things] shall be written down for destruction. [those who got the mark of the beast and worshipped it while blaspheming God and His truth are bound for Gehenna to be destroyed]; and all men [both good and evil] shall be on the watch for the path of integrity [all men, will look for the Christ and His brothers for understanding and guidance].

91.15 And after this, matter on the tenth week [2309 - 3009AD], in the seventh part, [not “seventh day” - this seventh part being the last 100 years 2909AD-3009AD] there shall be an everlasting judgment [on the last day of the tenth week those who have died during the 1000 years will be brought out  of the grave to be judged], which shall be executed by the Watchers of the eternal heaven  [upon the archons or world rulers of this age]; the great judgment which shall come from all of the angels [the angels are the saints and the end of all that is evil will come as death itself is swallowed up forever - Amen!]

So here we have the basis of the 6,000 years of the Kingdom of Men from the founding of the world 3993 BC to the end of the world on 2309AD. The end of the Kingdom of Men in any event.

The Eighth Day 2 Enoch

God shows Enoch the age of this world, its existence of seven thousand years, and the eighth thousand is the end, neither years, nor months, nor weeks, nor days
1And I appointed the eighth day also, that the eighth day should be the first-created after my work, that it should revolve in the revolution of the seventh thousand, so that the eighth thousand might be in the beginning of a time not reckoned and unending with neither years nor months nor weeks nor days nor hours like the first day of the week, so also that the eighth day of the week might return continually.

These Sabbaths will be no longer celebrated on the seventh day. They will be changed from the seventh to the eighth or first day of the week, which are the same. The "dispensation of the fullness of times" (Eph 1:10), popularly styled the Millennium, will be the antitype, or substance, of the Mosaic feast of tabernacles which was "a shadow of things to come." In this type, or pattern, Israel were to rejoice before Yahweh for seven days, beginning "on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when they had gathered the fruit of the land." In relation to the first day of the seven, the law says, "it shall be a sacred assembly: ye shall do no servile work therein." This was what we call Sunday. The regulation then continues, "on the eighth day," also Sunday, "shall be a sacred assembly unto you, and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yahweh: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein." Again, "on the first day shall be a Sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a Sabbath" (Lev 23:34-43).

Thus the Lord's day, the day of His resurrection from His seventh day imprisonment in the tomb, becomes the sabbath day of the future age which shall be hallowed by the priests of Israel, and be observed by all nations as a day of sacred assembly in which they shall rejoice, and do no manner of servile work at all.

This change of the sabbath from the seventh to the eighth, or first day of the week, is the full development and establishment of the observance of the Lord's day by the disciples of Jesus since the times of the apostles.

The Lord's day is the first day of the week, or day after the seventh, and therefore styled the eighth day. It is termed His day, because it is the week-day of His resurrection. Upon this day the disciples of Christ assembled to show forth His death, and to celebrate His resurrection;
